(BĐT) – Sau khi đạt mốc cao nhất kể từ năm 2015, giá dầu thô trên thị trường thế giới được dự đoán có thể sớm cán mốc 100 USD/thùng. Qua đó thúc đẩy hoạt động kinh doanh cho các doanh nghiệp ngành dầu. Ở chiều ngược lại, nó sẽ tác động tiêu cực đến nhiều nhóm ngành khi đây là nguồn nguyên liệu đầu vào cho sản xuất.
Bất chấp nhu cầu dầu thô toàn cầu tăng cao, việc OPEC+ sẽ không tăng sản lượng đẩy giá dầu thô ngày 5/10 tăng mạnh lên mức cao nhất trong vòng 6 năm qua. Cụ thể, dầu WTI ở mức 78,9 USD/thùng. Còn dầu Brent ở mức 82,5 USD/thùng. Goldman Sachs dự đoán giá dầu Brent có thể đạt 90 USD/thùng vào cuối năm nay, trong khi Bank of America cho rằng giá dầu có thể leo lên mốc 100 USD/thùng. Bên cạnh giá dầu, cuộc khủng hoảng nguồn cung ngày càng leo thang tại châu Âu khiến giá khí đốt thiên nhiên đạt kỷ lục mới vào ngày 5/10, ở mức 6,3 USD/MMBtu.
Nếu tính từ đầu năm, giá cả hai loại dầu thô đã tăng khoảng 60%, qua đó thúc đẩy hoạt động kinh doanh cho các doanh nghiệp ngành dầu khí sau 1 thời gian trì trệ bởi ảnh hưởng của dịch Covid-19. Theo kết quả kinh doanh 9 tháng năm 2021 được công bố, Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam (PVN) ghi nhận 437.800 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng 3% so với cùng kỳ 2020; nộp ngân sách nhà nước đạt 65.900 tỷ đồng, tăng 17% và vượt 5% kế hoạch năm 2021.
Ở chiều ngược lại, là nguồn nguyên liệu đầu vào của nhiều ngành nghề, việc giá dầu, giá khí tăng không phải tín hiệu tích cực. Trong đó các nhà máy điện khí là những doanh nghiệp bị ảnh hưởng trực tiếp.
Tác động giá khí phần nào thể hiện qua kết quả kinh doanh của Công ty CP Điện lực Dầu khí Nhơn Trạch 2. Cụ thể, sau 8 tháng đầu năm, Nhiệt điện Nhơn Trạch 2 lãi trước thuế 293,65 tỷ đồng, thấp hơn nhiều so với con số 451,2 tỷ đạt được trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2020, dù doanh thu bán điện tăng 15,3%.
Một số ngành khác như nhựa, phân bón, săm lốp… cũng chịu thêm gánh nặng chi phí đầu vào. Đơn cử như ngành nhựa, các doanh nghiệp ngành này sử dụng nguyên liệu đầu vào là hạt nhựa, trong khi hạt nhựa được sản xuất từ dầu thông qua quá trình chiết xuất các chất trung gian như Naphtha, Ethylene, Propylene… Theo dữ liệu của ChemOrbis công bố ngày 30/9/2021, giá bột nhựa PVC K67 trung bình hàng tuần đã tăng tích lũy 40% ở Ấn Độ, 34% ở Trung Quốc, và 33% ở Đông Nam Á kể từ khi xu hướng tăng giá dầu thô bắt đầu vào nửa cuối tháng 7.
Thực tế, tại cuộc hợp Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên 2021, lãnh đạo của 2 doanh nghiệp đầu ngành là Công ty CP Nhựa Bình Minh và Công ty CP Nhựa Thiếu niên Tiền Phong đã chia sẻ lo ngại giá nguyên liệu đầu vào tăng trong khi giá bán sản phẩm chưa tăng kịp theo giá đầu vào, vì điều này ảnh hưởng tới các yếu tố khách hàng, cạnh tranh, sự chấp nhận của người tiêu dùng.
Còn đối với ngành săm lốp, theo báo cáo của Công ty CP Chứng khoán FPT (FPTS), 3 loại vật liệu chính chiếm gần 70% khối lượng lốp xe là cao su thiên nhiên, cao su tổng hợp và carbon đen, thì có hai loại là các chế phẩm từ dầu thô. Do vậy tỉ suất lợi nhuận của các doanh nghiệp sản xuất săm lốp sẽ bị ảnh hưởng trực tiếp bởi giá cao su thiên nhiên, đồng thời cũng chịu ảnh hưởng gián tiếp từ giá dầu thô. Bên cạnh đó, giá dầu thô và giá cao su thiên nhiên có tương quan thuận chiều với nhau. Theo kết quả kinh doanh 6 tháng đầu năm 2021 của Công ty CP Cao su Sao Vàng, biên lợi nhuận gộp của doanh nghiệp này giảm mạnh so với cùng kỳ 2020, từ mức 23% xuống 19,8%. Còn đối với Công ty CP Công nghiệp Cao su Miền Nam, biên lợi nhuận gộp cũng giảm từ mức 15,5% xuống còn 13,8%.
Theo báo cáo của Công ty CP Chứng khoán Phú Hưng, ngoài Công ty CP Phân bón Dầu khí Cà Mau (Đạm Cà Mau), còn có 3 nhà máy khác sản xuất phân urê là Tổng công ty Phân bón và Hóa chất Dầu khí (Đạm Phú Mỹ), Công ty CP Phân đạm và Hóa chất Hà Bắc và Công ty TNHH MTV Đạm Ninh Bình. Tuy nhiên, chỉ có Đạm Cà Mau và Đạm Phú Mỹ sử dụng khí làm nguyên liệu đầu vào, 2 nhà máy còn lại sử dụng than làm nguyên liệu chính. Trong khi đó, các nhà sản xuất phân lân và phân NPK sử dụng nguyên liệu từ quặng apatit, phân urê, phân lân và phân kali. Vì vậy, nhìn chung, Đạm Cà Mau và Đạm Phú Mỹ là 2 đối tượng chịu tác động trực tiếp từ giá khí thiên nhiên. Các doanh nghiệp còn lại có thể chịu tác động gián tiếp.
Việc giá phân bón tăng sẽ gây khó khăn rất lớn cho ngành sản xuất nông nghiệp bởi đây cũng là thời điểm hết sức khó khăn của ngành này do giá nông sản thấp, đầu ra gặp khó khăn, các thị trường xuất khẩu nông sản chủ lực thu hẹp, càng khiến đời sống của nông dân thêm khó khăn hơn trước.
Ngành giao thông vận tải cũng chịu tác động lớn bởi xăng dầu vốn chiếm tỷ trọng lớn trong chi phí đầu vào.
